For this reason, any individual [including but not limited to an employee, vendor, supplier, contractor, consultant, dealer, client of the Company] who has reasonable belief of any improper conduct, may report or make a disclosure of the same.
Improper conduct may include any wrongdoing, malpractice, activity deemed as dishonest, unethical or in violation of the regulations, guidelines, internal policies and procedures ofthe Company.
In line with the provisions of the Whistleblower Protection Act 2010 (Act), no retaliatory action will be taken against the individual, who disloses the improper conduct subject always that the said individual is not a voluntary participant of the improper conduct.
All information disclosed, including any information on the nature of the improper conduct and the identity of the individual disclosing such information will be kept confidential unless so required under the provisions of any law or order of a competent court.
All disclosure of any alleged improper conduct may be initiated by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org Please note that in order to maintain the confidentiality and the objectives of the Act, any email sent to this address will automatically be forwarded to the Members of the Whistleblower Committee and will not be accessible by others.
To ensure that the necessary steps can be undertaken, the email must include the name and contact details of the discloser, name and designation of the person perpetuating the improper conduct (if known); and brief information on claims, facts and nature of the improper conduct.
