Companies shall receive guidance and access to participate in numerous development programmes on a case-by-case basis including trainings and programmes related to product development, technology facilitation, market access, and funding assistance. This programme also includes structured knowledge-transfer, training, pitching and product readiness sessions in order to promote technology and commercial readiness among the companies. With the strategic nurturing provided, BBA companies can be ready to apply for but not limited to GMP, HACCP, MESTI and Halal certification.
Approved BBA companies which incorporate specific biotechnology elements in their production processes can then apply for the BioNexus Status which comes with tax incentives for up to 10 years.
