Algaetech International Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian-based biotechnology company awarded with the BioNexus Status will announce its commercial launch of Malaysia’s very own Astaxanthin based skin care range, Astatude. The launching will be officiated by YBhg Dato’ Sri Dr. Noorul Ainur Mohd Nur, Secretary General of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI).

Algaetech is involved in the field of microalgae research and development as well as the production and marketing of high value algae products. It established itself as a pioneer in the algae industry since its inception in Technology Park Malaysia, Bukit Jalil. Algaetech is expected to launch its health supplement range in September which is currently undergoing licensing reviews by the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau.
