NANOPAC (M) SDN. BHD. Exchanges MOU with GC GLOBAL CONSULTING GMBH, A Company Incorporated in Switzerland for USD60 Million

28 JUNE 2017, Astana, Kazakhstan – The business matching session held during the ‘Green Innovation, Powering your Future’ Week 3 organised by Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation (MOSTI) and co-organised by Bioeconomy Corporation saw potential cooperation in Nanotechnology materials for the North America, Europe and African region. Nanopac (M) Sdn. Bhd. (Nanopac) who owns several nano-technology inventions, innovations and know-how relating to solar light energy panels which is tested, proven and ready for commercialization also known as Nano Light Energy Panel (NLEP) / (NLEP IPR), Nano Photovoltaic (NPV) and Self Sustaining Toilet System (SSTS) exchanged a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with GC Global Consulting GMBH (GC Global) on the sideline of the business matching session today at EXPO 2017 Astana.

GC Global has extensive worldwide business networking and has deep expertise in marketing new innovation and technology to be used in property development and building construction. GC Global will be Nanopac’s marketing arm on their projects, source for joint-venture partners and/or renewable energy project to participate in and provide funding for business ventures and projects in NLEP, NPV OR SSTS with Nanopac in this MOU. The first phase collaboration between them is worth more than USD60 million.

Dato’ Dr. Cheng Kok Leong, CEO of Nanopac (M) Sdn Bhd said:”The collaboration between Nanopac and GC Global are focused on territories of Kazakhstan, India, United States of America, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Germany and the regions of Africa. GC Global will promote Nanopac Nanotechnology and Hybrid Solar System technologies in residential and commercial project. The development of this Energy Management System with Nanopac’s Nanotech self-sustainable energy technology and Green construction through Nanopac’s Nanotech – NLEP, NPV and SSTS system will be implemented for all GC Global development.”

The exchange of Memorandum of Understanding was held on Day Three (3) of MOSTI’s Green Innovation week at the Malaysian Pavilion in Astana, Kazakhstan between Dato’ Dr. Cheng Kok Leong, CEO – Nanopac (M) Sdn. Bhd. and Raffael Wullschleger, GC GLOBAL CONSULTING GMBH. The MOU was witnessed by His Excellency Syed Mohamad Bakri Syed Abd Rahman, Ambassador of Malaysia to the Republic of Kazakhstan and Zainal Azman Abu Kasim, Project Director and Senior Vice-President BioIndustrial, Bioeconomy Corporation.

The business matching sessions and pocket talks are organised by the Malaysia Pavilion throughout the 3-month expo that started on June 10, 2017. Malaysia is among more than 100 countries taking part in the international specialised exposition themed “Future Energy”. These activities aim at forging trade, investment and cooperation between Malaysia and Kazkahstan as well as the other participating countries, in areas such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, Islamic green financing, halal industry and green technology.
