It will expose the graduates to industry-led skills and technical knowledge, helping them to develop leadership skills and personal experience. The programme is in line with NBP 2.0 Strategic Thrust 2: RDI & Talent, Strategy 2: Nurture and Sustain Industry-Oriented Talent. The Policy goal is to develop a competent and adaptive industry-driven workforce and talent for the biotechnology industry.
