CCE is advancing industrial biotechnology through the cultivation of Euglena microalgae for high-value bio-based products. The company commercialises high-quality microalgae biomass via a proprietary closed-tank and light-independent cultivation system. Through its customised nutrient formulation and controlled cultivation platform, CCE is able to enhance productivity, maintain strain stability and maximise the yield of valuable bioactive compounds. The cultivated Euglena biomass is processed into functional products such as algae wax, algae cake and algae powder, with future plans to expand into additional derivative including crude algae oil.
