YBhg Datuk Ts Dr Haji Aminuddin Hassim

YBhg Datuk Ts Dr Haji Aminuddin Hassim, was appointed to the Board on 15 February 2023.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Town Planning Studies from Birmingham Polytechnic/University of Central England, Birmingham, United Kingdom (UK), Masters of Sciences (MSc) in Information Technology for Manufacture (Environment) from Warwick University, Coventry, United Kingdom, Diploma in Public Management (INTAN), Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Environmental Economics and Environmental Management from York University, York, United Kingdom and Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School, Harvard University, United States of America.

YBhg Datuk Ts Dr Haji Aminuddin, with 29 years of service in the Civil Service, was awarded as a Technologist (Ts) by the Malaysia Board of Technologist in June 2022. Previously, he served as the President of Putrajaya Corporation and later as the Director General of the National Disaster Management Agency under the Prime Minister’s Department in 2020.

Currently, he holds the position of Secretary General of the Ministry of Science, Technology & Innovation since September 2022.
