To date 35 laboratories have been awarded with the BNP laboratory status. These laboratories are available within Malaysia’s renowned 20 Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), 10 Research Institutes (RIs), 2 Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) and 3 Private Lab (PLs).
The BNP Labs have various international and local accreditation including ISO 17025, Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), AAALAC, HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) ensuring reliability and credibility of data and results generated.
The BNP Labs have been established since 2008 as a mechanism to provide access to bio-based services, expertise and facilities to support the R&D&C needs of the bio-based industry.
We offer:
Nexus of Expertise (NoE) form a group of labs that act like a single expertise. It serves as a platform where BNP Labs can maximise their skills, knowledge, facilities and equipment to be used collaboratively among the NoE members.
NoE aims to provide broader support to BNX, BBA and Bio-based entrepreneurs on R&D as the project may deliver by a group of labs instead of individual lab. The NoE consists of:
